We are interested in applying our own financial and intellectual capital and contacts to investments where we feel we can make a difference. This includes very early stage businesses. We are not passive investors and we are not limited to any one sector although we believe that we have more potential to add value in financial services.

We are interested in applying our knowledge and experience to solve difficult problems on a pure consulting basis. We have particular experience of buying businesses, including those in distress, and restructuring them or integrating them into other entities. We have equal knowledge of the sale process. We are willing to consult in businesses which have difficult problems, including regulatory problems, as the more difficult and complex the issue the more rewarding it is to contribute to the solution. We are not interested in mundane straight-forward work. Where businesses require restructuring and capital reorganisation we are able to provide additional capital.
